Under GDPR and data protection all correspondence & emails will be sent encrypted using either password-protected messages or Egress: https://switch.egress.com/ui/SignIn.aspx Please advise Angela, Maria or Mr Hartley if you do not wish to receive correspondence in this form.
We are only able to discuss patient details with their parent/guardian, or any other of your child’s clinicians. Written consent from the child’s parents/guardian is required to discuss details with anyone else, i.e. Insurance company, School, etc.
Once your child has reached 18 we cannot discuss their details (even with parents) without their written consent.
